Parents and guardians of athletes

  • Leaving competitive sport is a complex transition that can result in many challenges for athletes. As parents and guardians, it can often be confusing how to best support them.

    This webinar provides you with skills to support athletes during sport-related changes, especially as their sport career ends.

  • This toolkit provides parents and guardians with information that helps you understand how to support your athlete when sports end, which include specific skills and strategies you can use.

    This webinar provides you with skills to support student-athletes during sport-related changes, including adjusting to retirement from sport.

    Applicable to coaches, athlete academic services (AAS) staff, sport administrators, FARs, strength & conditioning coaches, and other athletics personnel.

  • The sport landscape is constantly changing, and we have a workshop series to help athletes with that.

    We offer these workshops to any athlete ages 18+, such as athletes finishing high school sport, transitioning to collegiate sport, Junior ice hockey teams, summer collegiate baseball and softball teams, and collegiate student-athletes.

  • 90-minute, on-demand (recorded) webinar (1.5 CE/CEU credits with approvals from multiple organizations).
